AMPI is the National Association of Real Estate Professionals in Mexico, that since 1956, has gathered under laws and codes of ethics and conduct to create a dependable, trustworthy, and efficient real estate environment in Mexico.
AMPI was consolidated in 1980 and has been a solid institution in Mexico for over 42 years. It is an esteemed and highly regarded Association recognized in all the major cities and regions of Mexico from Tijuana to Cancun.
Today, AMPI consists of separate, autonomous sections throughout Mexico, and has more 4,000 Associates and Affiliates. Each section is independent and has its own Board of Directors, and each Section is governed by the National Board of Directors. The National Board of Directors is comprised of twenty Associates from various parts of Mexico.
AMPI Vallarta y Compostela work in harmony and are dedicated to promoting the highest standard of “best practices” in the real estate industry in Mexico. By networking with each other – the Bay of Banderas AMPI Sections – provide members with ongoing and continuing education that reinforces the standards of ethics and codes of conduct that give the industry the credibility, reputation, and prestige that clients deserve.
AMPI Vallarta y Compostela is committed to giving members (in good standing) access to a multiple listing service (Vallarta-Nayarit MLS) that forms the platform from which our industry can expand locally, and into other markets. This is accomplished while giving members precise and up-to-date information vital to continuous improvement and growth in the real estate sector in Puerto Vallarta and Compostela.
