Born in Sweden, lived all over the world as a child. Moved back and completed my education in Sweden. After completion I immigrated to USA. We had a number of business’s from Motorcycle dealership to Mortgage/Real Estate offices.
Our company here in Mexico was founded in 2005. We are still in the same location in Marina Vallarta.
This to open a business in Puerto Vallarta was the result of my personal residence purchase in Marina Vallarta in 2002. During the process I found needs that we felt could be implemented in Mexico. Some of the aspects that we were used to and very comfortable with in the US. Few examples: Title company’s, Escrow, home inspections, home warranty, financing and standardized contracts etc.
Things have progressed nicely as Pacific Paradise Realtors has full service Real estate company that will meet and exceed your needs. First American Title, TLA as well as Stewart Title handle escrow and title insurance in Mexico for our clients.
We have combined well over 30+ years in the real estate and finance industry. In the USA, we are Real estate & Mortgage banking licensed in multiple states. In Mexico we hold the highest and most recognized certification. The Mexican Government Conocer certification and AMPI. More importantly when working with a company ensure they have and do own property in Mexico and are educated. Our company has two entities, Pacific Paradise Realtors and a sister company Pacific Seguros/Insurance and financial services. Thanks to our extensive real estate, lending, management and banking backgrounds. We have enabled the alignment with major banks, lending institutions, private lenders/investors, title companies, reputable Notaries, Mexican and American attorneys. |
