Biography in English

1.    A native Californian who relocated to Puerto Vallarta after an amazing three-week vacation with mom in 2015.  It was love at first sight!  Being a California girl, I have always loved the beach and this place felt like home instantly and the perfect place to begin my next adventure.

     Two vacations later I decided this is where I needed to be.  I found a stunning, run-down, filthy, badly designed and horribly decorated, if you can call it that, four-story house with an incredible ocean-view, and I had to have it!!  During a lengthy eight-month purchasing process here in Puerto Vallarta, I returned to California, packed my apartment in Marina del Rey, left my job of 12 years at an architectural lighting design firm in Los Angeles and returned to Puerto Vallarta a week later to begin remodeling my new home.

With a B.A. in interior design and more than thirty years of experience in design, architecture and construction, I was able to transform my new home into a peaceful oasis with an amazing view of the bay and the perfect home for my parents’ retirement.

As co-author of “Garage Sale Gourmet, Streetwise Shopping for Fun, Profit and Home Improvement” and an avid garage sale, I was invited to co-sponsor The World’s Longest Yard Sale.  A 450-mile stretch of Highway 127 running from Kentucky thru Tennessee and ending in Alabama.  This earned me the title of “The Go-To Girl” for anything to do with property and earned recognition from dozens of television appearances and in excess of 100 radio interviews.

Dos vacaciones después decidí que aquí es donde tenía que estar. Encontré una impresionante, deteriorada, sucia, mal diseñada y horriblemente decorada, si se puede llamar así, casa de cuatro pisos con una increíble vista al mar, ¡¡y tenía que tenerla!! Durante un largo proceso de compra de ocho meses aquí en Puerto Vallarta, regresé a California, empaqué mi departamento en Marina del Rey, dejé mi trabajo de 12 años en una firma de diseño de iluminación arquitectónica en Los Ángeles y regresé a Puerto Vallarta una semana después para Empezar a remodelar mi nuevo hogar.

Con un B.A. En diseño de interiores y más de treinta años de experiencia en diseño, arquitectura y construcción, pude transformar mi nuevo hogar en un oasis de paz con una vista increíble de la bahía y el hogar perfecto para el retiro de mis padres.

Como coautor de “Venta de garaje gourmet, compras callejeras para divertirse, obtener ganancias y mejorar el hogar” y de una ávida venta de garaje, me invitaron a copatrocinar la venta de garaje más larga del mundo. Un tramo de 450 millas de la autopista 127 que va desde Kentucky hasta Tennessee y termina en Alabama. Esto me valió el título de «La chica ideal» para todo lo relacionado con la propiedad y obtuve el reconocimiento de docenas de apariciones en televisión y más de 100 entrevistas de radio.
