Biography in English

A proud Canadian who fell in love with Puerto Vallarta back in 2004.

Establishing PVRPV in 2005, and together with his partner Agustin Rocha Jaramillo have created the largest Vacation Rental Agency and Property Management firm in Puerto Vallarta.

Tim´s eleven-year involvement with Scotiabank a Canadian financial institution helped establish the framework for PVRPV, working in many different facets of the bank from operations to sales, human resources, auditing, investments, and mortgages.

He has helped countless numbers of PVRPV clients looking to purchase property in Puerto Vallarta, directing them to the right area, the right building, and the right amenities – the right property that can be rented to the general public based on true rental history and numbers.

His dedication to PVRPV and his belief that customer service is key in any business has been the cornerstone of PVRPV.

Un orgulloso canadiense que se enamoró de Puerto Vallarta en 2004.

Estableciendo PVRPV en 2005, y junto con su socio Agustín Rocha Jaramillo han creado la mayor Agencia de Rentas Vacacionales y empresa de Administración de Propiedades en Puerto Vallarta.
