Michael was named as one of Puerto Vallarta’s top 30 selling agents by A.M.P.I and MLS/FLEX (Vallarta/Nayarit) in 2019. Michael’s attention to detail, persistence, and genuine love of Puerto Vallarta and its surrounding areas makes selling real estate an on-going pleasure for him.  His sales have been increasing each year resulting being a top producer.  Membership included FIABCI.org which is an international real estate association.  International sales experience including selling a luxury apartment in Paris and assisting with the sell of a London apartment.   So the real estate company understand international real estate, making it very easy to introduce international clients to Puerto Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas real estate market.  His staff speak English, Spanish and French.  

Michael has been working and living the good life in Puerto Vallarta first as a vacation property owner in 1994, which means he knows the ins and outs of real estate in Mexico. Michael is passionate about travel and about finding the right opportunity for his clients, which has made him a top seller in this region.  Puerto Vallarta Villas established one of the first real estate web sites in the region in the early years of the World Wide Web.  Pre VRBO, select villa owners participated in paying a nominal fee to have their properties promoted for rent.

In addition to running Puerto Vallarta Villas, Michael Holland is the co-owner (along with his partner, Ray Carême) of Holland Travel, LLC. Michael began his travel adventures with his father during their flight chartering years established in 1947.  Since his first flight when he was an infant, then as a student pilot, and now as a vast world traveler (he has visited more than 68 countries).  Holland Travel is a proud member of the esteemed Virtuoso Travel Group with global presence.
