From the vibrancy of Vancouver to the exotic beauty of Puerto Vallarta, Brock and his wife Bonnie have anchored themselves in the Real Estate terrain since the mid-1980’s. Brock, an Alma Mater of the University of BC with specializations in Urban Land Economics and Finance, has fashioned his professional journey in real estate around innovation and leadership.

Brock’s real estate journey took flight under the banner of Brock Squire y Asociados, formerly aligned with Sotheby’s International Realty. It then morphed into the first Coldwell Banker franchise in Mexico in 1998, which now boasts over 100 offices across the country.

Brock’s efforts extend beyond the Real Estate sphere, reaching into the community through his support of initiatives like Toys-4-Tots and the Becas Vallarta Foundation, the oldest foundation in Puerto Vallarta that supports worthy students with hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships over the years. His industry contributions include his role as past President of the Puerto Vallarta Chapter of AMPI, a founding member of MLS Vallarta, certification as a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Professional, and membership in The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

His strategic prowess in marketing and sales has been instrumental in the growth of the high-end property market along the South and North Shores of the Bay of Banderas. This journey led him to the prestigious Punta Mita Resort, where he honed his skills as Director of Sales from 2001 through 2008. Post-2008, Brock returned to his roots at Coldwell Banker La Costa, taking up the mantle of ownership across offices in Marina Vallarta, Olas Altas, Punta Mita, and Sayulita. Recently, Coldwell Banker la Costa has continued to excel as the number one agency in Mexico for Coldwell Banker as measured by Gross Commission Income as well as number of closed sides for the past two years running.

Brock’s reputation as a seasoned negotiator precedes him, as evidenced by the closure of over 1000 notarized transactions, ranging in value from $100,000US to over $30,000,000US. He possesses a unique blend of knowledge and negotiation acumen that allows him to navigate the challenging waters of real estate in Mexico with ease, driving his success and establishing him as a force within the industry.
