Aldo Garcés is originally from Venezuela, where he worked for many years in his own exclusive business of importing Italian clothes. He later moved to San Diego, California, where he worked with a Mexican partner in his own Latin American restaurant. He arrived in Puerto Vallarta in 1994 and entered the real estate field as a sales representative with Remax Nautica and Coldwell Banker. Established Pancho’s Villas in 1996 and is a member of international organizations such as AMPI, NAR and FIABCI.
Over the years, he has built good relationships with many customers who return again and again to carry out sales, purchases and investments through his company.
It also participates in construction and development. Has built Romantic View located on hortencias street / Amapas and Andale Villas located on Ecuador street / Down Town.
His extensive experience in serving local, national and foreign clients has made him one of the most respected entrepreneurs in the area. Aldo’s hobbies include reading and cooking.

Aldo Garcés es originario de Venezuela, donde trabajó durante muchos años en su propio negocio exclusivo de importación de ropa italiana. Más tarde se mudó a San Diego, California, donde trabajó con un socio mexicano en su propio restaurante latinoamericano. Llegó a Puerto Vallarta en 1994 e incursionó en el ramo inmobiliario como representante de ventas de Remax Náutica y Coldwell Banker. Estableció Pancho’s Villas en 1996 y es miembro de organizaciones internacionales como AMPI, NAR y FIABCI.
A lo largo de los años, ha construido buenas relaciones con muchos clientes que regresan una y otra vez para realizar ventas, compras e inversiones a través de su empresa.
